Design Phases
PHASE 1 : CONSULTATION
PHASE 4: PRODUCTION

This is where we do a consultation either virtually or in person. It’s where the clients needs are identified In order to know the vision that a client has.

Consultation Fees:
-
- Virtual - R500 per hour
-
- On site ( Around JHB) - R850 per hour
-
- On site (Outside JHB) - R1050 per hour

Please Note: Should you not wish to proceed, the consultation fee will be forfeited and will not be refunded

During this phase the client has paid deposit for the overall service of production to allow production to commence.

This is a phase where décor pieces/items are being bought and delivered to the client’s place then we will be going there to style and re arrange then complete the project.

Once the project has been completed, a client then reviews to approve or do changes
-
This phase will only be concluded once the client is happy with everything then a balance of the overall service is paid
PHASE 2: MOOD BOARD CREATION

During this phase, a consultation has already been done and concluded.

A mood board is created to showcase it to a client .

There is a standard fee for research that will be charged based on the number and size of rooms we are styling
PHASE 3 : PRESENTING

This phase is where a meeting is scheduled with a client to present the mood board and researches done based on the client’s vision.

The client is given a chance to change anything from what is being presented.

This phase will only be concluded once the client approves everything

With the budget given by the client, this is where as a service provider I will give you an estimate amount for all items needed, then we can be on an agreement of how we will go on about buying the items and presenting receipts for everything that will be purchased.

Total costings will be presented and once a client approves then a deposit is paid
PHASE 5 : AFTER PROJECT CHECK UP

This is after the project is complete, the client will give a review about the service and overall work done

Once all is set then as a service provider I will ask for pictures and videos permission from the client for my work portfolio then it will be the end of services.
